Principles of Social Media within a Business

This one-day social media masterclass is delivered via an online webinar and is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge and understanding of social media and how it fits into the objectives and marketing of a business. Candidates will evaluate the different tools and channels available and understand how to evaluate the success of using these tools and channels. They will also describe the impact of social media on a business and be able to monitor how a business is using social media. We make sure you know about the risks, the dangers and the consequences when social media goes wrong.
The course includes a section on ‘Social Media And The Law’ which will help you avoid nasty stuff like defamation and issues around GDPR. All our training is interactive and jargon-free.
There’s group work, question and answer sessions, audio and video and a lot of laughs. This masterclass is based on the SQA diploma unit Principles of Social Media within a Business, you will generate evidence towards this unit during the session and will have the opportunity to continue to the full assessment and complete the unit for certification following the masterclass.
