Office Flood - but Business as Usual! [return]
The Hillington Park Innovation Centre (where the NSDesign Offices are located) was evacuated early this morning due to a serious flood causing substantial damage to large areas of the building.
In addition to the offices and meeting rooms, this has affected the internal office telephone and all web access.
To confirm - NO SERVERS or any client data etc is affected.
We are unsure at this stage when NSDesign staff will get access to the building, although early indications from the Fire Department etc suggest it may not be until mid-week at the earliest.
As a result, all staff will be operating remotely, and it will be pretty much "business as usual"... We are unsure when telephones will be active again (we're currently trying to get them re-routed) so I would ask that all contact be via email to info@nsdesign.net or via the customer helpdesk at www.nsdesign.info for all support issues as normal.
We are working with the building owners to try and determine timescales for access, and restore of utilities etc.
