New Spam/Virus Emails Alert [return]
We've seen a sudden increase in new spam/virus emails doing the rounds among our users. They appear to be sent "from" your domain name (typically the support@yourdomain.com address), and normally ask you to click through to a page appearing to be hosted on your domain - it's not, it's a spoofed URL, and takes you off to a remote site which no doubt tries to harm your computer.

We've seen a few examples of this, but 2 of the more recent emails have these titles:

• Your domain.com account information has changed
• Please confirm your message

In both cases, the emails are signed as being from: yourdomain.com Account Services

Delete these emails and do NOT open them. If in doubt, ask us for advice.
